Return + Refund Policies
Wollem Jewelry is dedicated to provide the most positive shopping experience for all of our clients. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact [email protected] to request a return. Items in original condition are returnable for refund within 15 days of receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you about the approval state of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
Approval of Return
- Customised items are not eligible for return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition  without any damages. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons due to the client’s usage are not eligible for return.
Wollem offers complimentary shipping for any item that you would like to return. Simply send us the shipping documents regarding the returned item and we will reimburse you the amount.

Repair Policy
To request a repair, please use our contact page and be sure to include
- Contact name
- Telephone number
- Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)
- A brief description of the problem
Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorise the repair. For items purchased within the last six months, repairs are free of charge. Â For purchases over six months old, additional fees based on labor and cost of material may apply. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
Shipping time is 3 to 7 business days.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days except the following situations:
- Holidays
- Promotional Periods
- If an item is out of stock, in which case custom order process will take place.
